Each unit is housed inside a semi trailer and converted into a fully functional commercial restaurant kitchen.

Equipped with commercial grade appliances, hood systems, prep areas, refrigeration, and sanitation systems, our mobile kitchens allow you to efficiently prepare high volume meals while maintaining proper health standards.

## Service Area

Our **mobile kitchen rental** service is available within a 500+ mile radius of Las Vegas, including Southern California, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City.

Our fleet includes three 48 foot enclosed kitchen trailers and one flatbed dock trailer that provides access to the service units.

## Climate Control and Sanitation

- Rooftop heating systems
- Swamp cooler cooling systems
- Shielded fluorescent lighting
- Grease traps as required
- Full plumbing systems

## Trailer Configurations

### Trailer 1: Chef Trailer or Hot Kitchen

- 30 foot hood system with fire suppression
- Quick connect fuel system for propane or natural gas
- Tilt braiser
- Two basket fryer
- 40 quart kettle
- Double stack oven
- Six burner stove
- 36 inch grill
- 7 x 12 walk in cooler
- Two compartment sink with hot water heater
- Stainless steel prep tables and shelving

### Trailer 2: Dishwasher Trailer

- 7 x 12 walk in cooler
- Three compartment sink
- High capacity dishwasher
- Independent hot water heater

### Trailer 3: Pantry Trailer

- 7 x 12 office area with desk and shelving
- Porter or mop station with hot water heater
- Dry storage shelving
- Optional reach in coolers and freezers

## Mobile Kitchen Requirements

- Minimum 10 day notice for configuration
- 220 single phase service with minimum 60 amp
- Access to sewer and two 3/4 inch water supply lines
- Optional water tanks and bladder bags available

Delivery, setup, and tear down charges apply. Mobile kitchens are available for weekend events or long term monthly lease.

## Proven Performance

These units were originally constructed to feed the National Guard for 16 months following Hurricane Katrina. At peak production, we served 8,000 meals daily from these trailers.

They have also served the local Carpenters Union during an 18 month kitchen build, supported the local football stadium during major events, and were utilized by the Ritz Carlton at Lake Las Vegas during their Kosher event operations.
